Our office routinely treats injury cases. Dr. Chin treats workers’ compensation patients, and when an attorney is handling a personal injury claim, treatment can proceed on a lien while the case settles.
A lien allows treatment to proceed before a claim is resolved. Rather than billing you at the time of your visit, the practice holds the charge against the eventual settlement.
If an attorney is already representing you, please have their office contact us, and we will coordinate the paperwork with them directly.
Dr. Chin treats injured workers and is familiar with the reporting a workers’ compensation claim requires. He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California, although that evaluation role is separate from treatment.
